Registration is recommended, although it is not mandatory for direct online purchases. However, you will benefit from its advantages:

• you can pre-book tickets for selected connections and postpone your purchase until later.
• you will avoid any problems with the delivery of e-tickets (the system will set the delivery address automatically from the registration when you make the purchase).
• will give you access to the history of your purchases (MY PURCHASES tab). Here you can print e-tickets without waiting for them to be delivered by e-mail and also return them without using the e-ticket code.

Use the “Forgotten password” menu in the LOG IN tab. After entering the required data, the system will generate and send you a new password. In case of problems, contact system support via the “Customer Support” link.

You can register under the LOG IN tab (https://amsbus.cz/prihlasit/). Select “Register” from the home screen or select “Register to the system” via the LOGIN tab. Once registered, a message is sent to your email prompting you to activate. To complete registration, you must activate your account within 24 hours of entering your registration information. To activate your AMSBus.cz account, click on the link provided in the email. If you do not do so, the registration data will be automatically deleted by the system.
