You have to contact the Carrier, which transport services you have used. The name of the Carrier is listed on the ticket (on the right side of the ticket, under the number of the connection). Some Carriers provide links to the section of Lost-and-find services on their websites.

Tickets issued in IDOS.cz meet the requirements of the simplified tax document under the VAT Act no. 235/2004 as amended. The PDF ticket which was sent after purchasing on e-mail address can be used as a tax receipt for the application of the accounting and for VAT deduction.
