We recommend registration, although it is not mandatory for online ticket purchases.
If you make purchases as a logged-in user, you will see your purchased tickets on IDOS.cz on the Tickets page (https://idos.cz/jizdenky/) on any device on which you log in to IDOS – for example, on your mobile phone on the IDOS.cz website or in the IDOS Timetables mobile application. This can make it easier to check in and return your ticket.
Registration can be replaced by logging in with a Facebook, Google or Apple account. In this case, IDOS.cz does not collect any personal data from users, but takes it from these services.
If you have forgotten your account password, you can have a new one sent to your email. On the IDOS.cz website, go to the Login page (https://idos.cz/prihlaseni/). Click on the “Send forgotten password” link. The function requires the e-mail address under which the account was registered. Then click on the Reset Password button.
You can register on the Login page at https://idos.cz/prihlaseni/. After registration, a message is sent to your email asking you to activate. To complete the registration, the account must be activated within 24 hours of entering the registration details. To activate your IDOS.cz account, click on the link provided in the email. If you do not do so, the registration data will be automatically deleted by the system.
